Design IRT solution to meet study requirements based on protocol and client discussions
Translate client business requirements into Suvoda software; document in specification templates
Lead internal and client reviews of IRT specifications, securing approvals by milestones
Oversee UAT planning, test scripts, data setup, and client UAT
Travel to client sites for meetings and training; assist with user support and staff training

🎯 Requirements

2-3 years of experience in a similar role
1 year of experience in IRT or related field preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Interpersonal and communication skills
Time management and organizational skills
Ability to understand technical details and translate to non-technical users
