Optimize People Technology systems and HR processes
Partner with People Tech, People Ops, Finance, and stakeholders to enhance Workday and related HCM
Translate business needs into functional requirements and support agile development
Lead UAT and drive system improvements aligned with goals and compliance
Collaborate across departments to improve Payroll, Benefits, and HR Reporting
Manage backlog entries with Product Owner and align stories to personas

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in technology, HR, Business Admin, or related field
4+ years as a Business Analyst or related role
Strong HR and Payroll process understanding and compliance
Experience with Workday HCM, Payroll, Recruiting modules
Data management concepts for data integrity across systems
Experience in fast-paced, team environment with confidential data

Salary: USD 95,000 – 105,000 per year
