📋 Description

• Lead formal staff responsibilities for engineers and technical experts, including performance and
• Coach and support individuals in career growth, technical development and day-to-day challenges.
• Collaborate with Engineering Managers, Product Managers and Area leadership on workforce planning
• Support hiring, onboarding and retention for employees and consultants.

🎯 Requirements

• Formal staff responsibility in a tech environment (3–5+ years) with HR processes and employee
• Experience leading engineers or technical experts across multi-team environments, with both
• Strong software engineering background or technical understanding across software solutions and
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence across Engineering, Product and People teams.
• Experience creating inclusive, high-performing teams focused on wellbeing and continuous
• Fluent English communication skills.
