Technical Consultant - Cloud & Platform Engineering

📋 Description

• Lead engagements end-to-end as Engagement Lead, primary client contact, accountable for delivery.
• Own scope, governance, cadence and executive readouts; manage stakeholder alignment.
• Lead a pod of engineers, set goals, coach growth, ensure staffing aligns with engagements.
• Governance cadence: standups, status reports, RAID, decision logs, escalation handling.
• Drive quality: peer reviews, readiness checks, and delivery readiness for client-facing work.
• Translate findings into executive-ready narratives tied to business outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in engagement leadership and platform engineering.
• Strong multi-cloud delivery experience (AWS/Azure/GCP), platform engineering, identity, networking
• Experience leading small pods, staffing for discovery through executive readouts, and defining
• Ability to manage governance, cadence, and customer relationship risk; escalation point for
• Proven track record in delivering AI-driven or cloud-enabled solutions across hybrid environments.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive-readout skills.
