Technical Consultant- Cyber Security Engineering

📋 Description

• Secure systems for DoD/Intelligence missions
• Apply RMF/ATO processes across cloud and on‑prem
• Drive vulnerability remediation and system hardening
• Collaborate with engineers, admins, and DevSecOps teams
• Maintain security throughout system life cycle
• Support risk input to leadership and stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in a similar security/engineering role
• Experience with RMF, A&A, POA&M, ATO docs (XACTA/eMASS)
• Vulnerability scanning and compliance tracking (ACAS, IAVM)
• Security controls per NIST 800-53, CNSSI 1253
• STIGs for Linux/Windows and patching
• Security-focused incident response and risk mitigation
