📋 Description

• Orchestrate Agentic AI & AIOps Delivery for enterprise-wide initiatives
• Lead Observability & Self-Healing automation across multi-cloud infra
• Oversee vulnerability tracking & automated remediation workflows
• Cross-functional team orchestration across engineering, data, and security
• Monthly project reporting & savings tracking with KPI-based dashboards
• Executive communication with concise, high-level status updates

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree preferred; Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Systems Eng or related field required
• 8+ years leading complex tech projects or cloud rollouts in global enterprise IT; 2+ years AI/AIOps
• Mastery of AI concepts: LLMs, Agentic AI, multi-agent reasoning, MCP
• Hands-on with Dynatrace/Splunk/CloudWatch; cloud environments (GCP, AWS); CI/CD automation
• Ability to translate IoT/IT ops environments into AI-ready schemas; guardrails for data security
• Deep familiarity with SRE, automated testing, IaC, data pipeline oversight (Snowflake/ETL)
