• Own the technical delivery plan for multiple workstreams.

• Own ROI hypotheses and post-deployment metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of customer-facing technical delivery leadership.
• Track record leading large, complex customer engagements, ideally AI.
• Excel in high ambiguity environments; simplify dynamic work.
• Ship AI/LLM systems and understand integration basics.
• Onsite with customers to accelerate delivery (25-50%).
• Expertise in at least one major sector (healthcare, energy, etc).
