• Own the technical delivery plan for multiple workstreams.
• Run day-to-day engineering execution; track progress and unblock.
• Embed with customer teams to land deployments and adoption.

• Codify solution patterns and evals; extract reusable patterns.
• Own value cases and ROI; set hypotheses and KPIs; measure impact.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of customer-facing technical delivery leadership.
• Track record leading large complex customer engagements, ideally with AI.
• Excel in high-ambiguity environments; simplify complex work.
• Move between system-level and execution-level detail; map constraints.
• Think strategically; connect customer needs to scalable solutions.
• Have shipped AI/LLM systems; understand patterns and production pitfalls.
