🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in multiplatform AAA game development with shipped titles.
• Full stack game development experience: gameplay, UI, networking, backend.
• Unreal, Unity, C++; familiarity with Go and C#.
• Strong problem solving, collaborative, dependable.
• Ability to lead without formal authority; influence across teams.
• Resilience under pressure; results-oriented.
