Technical Engineer

📋 Description

• Analyze, design, test, and operate terrestrial and wireless telecom systems
• Configure and support Cisco routers/switches and Carrier Ethernet
• Maintain RF, HF/VHF/UHF, satellite, and related comms gear
• Install, test, and document cabling and encryption devices
• Support architecture, security, and lifecycle processes
• Travel to FEMA facilities and sites as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
• CCNA required; CCNP/CCIE preferred
• 3-5 years telecom/network/RF experience
• Experience with Cisco core/network gear and IPv6
• U.S. citizenship and ability to work at Mount Weather EOC
• Available for after-hours maintenance and travel
