📋 Description

• Technical Support: troubleshoot formulation and testing challenges; resolve stability issues
• Technical Communications: translate science for customers and teams; develop guides/reports
• Content Development: maintain technical docs including guides and stability reports
• Formulations: develop and optimize dietary supplement formulations; feasibility and testing
• Galenic & Food Applications: support scale-up and manufacturing process optimization

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree (MS/PhD preferred) in Chemistry, Pharma Tech, Biotech, Food Science, or related
• 5+ years in nutraceutical, dietary supplement, or pharmaceutical industry
• 5+ years B2B customer-facing experience
• Proven track record developing formulations in capsules, tablets, gummies, liquids
• Hands-on scale-up, GMP, and analytical testing experience
• Formulation Science: deep expertise in dietary supplement and functional foods
