Technical Implementation Manager

📋 Description

• Fully understand customer deployment needs and coordinate with internal teams.
• Deploy Odyssey to customers, meet contractual go-live milestones.
• Build partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop deployment plans with State stakeholders and Odyssey teams.
• Provide technical knowledge of Odyssey’s platform to stakeholders.
• Drive customer growth and adoption leading to renewal.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in implementation or customer success with deploying tech products.
• Experience managing long-term, complex implementations (6+ months).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced early-stage SaaS startup.
• Strong technical acumen; configure workflows like APIs, webhooks.
• Empathy, ownership, accountability, problem-solving mindset.
• Team player with commitment to continuous improvement.
