📋 Description

• Lead procurement of VR hardware, manipulation items, and equipment.
• Identify and vet global suppliers; negotiate pricing and delivery.
• Analyze Bills of Materials with Engineering to forecast needs.
• Identify supply risks and develop alternative sourcing.
• Oversee departmental hardware budgets and cost reporting.
• Design SOPs and infrastructure for inventory tracking and lab layout.

🎯 Requirements

• Negotiation with international vendors and contract management.
• Read technical drawings and hardware specs for sourcing.
• ERP/MRP mastery (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP) and data tools (Excel/Sheets).
• Leadership: mentor junior team; design workflows.
• Problem-solving for logistics or sourcing challenges.
• Bachelor’s degree in SCM, Engineering, or related field.
