• Strong depth in distributed systems, cloud infra, automated testing, and workflows.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects from planning to delivery.
• Architectural thinking and ability to guide teams on technical decisions.
• Track record coaching engineers and improving team effectiveness.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving across teams.
