🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in playable ad or game development
• Hands-on, maker mindset - you're comfortable getting into production yourself while also stepping
• Solid understanding of mobile marketing performance metrics and creative testing
• Proven ability to mentor and coach peers
• You have entrepreneurial mindset and can adapt to a high-paced environment
• You can demonstrate excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
