10+ years of software product development experience, with scale
5+ years as a tech lead for product development teams
Proven experience with identity and authentication platforms
Strong expertise in Java, distributed systems, and API design
Experience with zero-downtime deployments and production-grade systems
Experience with databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL/Oracle/NoSQL)
