Technical Lead Software Engineer - Autonomy Mission Systems

📋 Description

• Lead architecture and execution for Autonomous Behaviors and Agents team
• Direct concept-to-delivery for real-time decision-making algorithms
• Coordinate cross-team integration across Axion and Acuity systems
• Mentor engineers, set standards, and raise code quality
• Partner with product & customers to translate mission needs
• Travel occasionally for demonstrations and engagements

🎯 Requirements

• MS/PhD in CS/Engineering or 8+ years experience
• 8+ years C++ development (C++20); 2+ years leading teams
• Proven track record in technical direction and architecture
• Strong algorithms for constraint satisfaction, scheduling, optimization
• Docker, Linux (RHEL, Ubuntu); service-oriented architectures
• Excellent communication of designs and tradeoffs
