Technical Leader (Fullstack Backend focused)

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of engineers; establish engineering practices and culture.
• Partner with Product, Frontend, DevOps to deliver scalable backend solutions.
• Architect and maintain backend services and APIs using TypeScript and Node.js.
• Design systems for availability, performance, security, and zero-downtime deployment.
• Own backend technical direction, roadmap, and long-term maintainability.
• Strengthen reliability with testing, monitoring, observability, and performance optimization.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years backend development; 4+ years in technical leadership or lead role.
• Strong TypeScript, Node.js, NestJS or Express.js.
• Experience designing scalable APIs, services, and distributed systems.
• Relational and non-relational databases; data modeling and query optimization.
• Cloud infra (prefer AWS); containerization, CI/CD, and IaC.
• Event-driven architectures; Kafka a plus; AI tooling in development.
