Technical Leader (Fullstack Backend focused)

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of engineers; establish engineering practices and a culture of
• Partner with Product, Frontend, DevOps to deliver scalable technical solutions.
• Architect and maintain backend services and APIs using TypeScript, Node.js, NestJS/Express.js.
• Design systems for availability, performance, security, and zero-downtime deployment.
• Own backend direction and roadmap; balance delivery with long-term maintainability.
• Improve reliability via testing, monitoring, observability, incident management, and performance

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in backend development; 4+ years in technical leadership or lead role.
• Strong TypeScript, Node.js, and NestJS/Express.js; scalable APIs and distributed systems experience.
• Relational and non-relational databases; data modeling and query optimization.
• Experience with AWS, containers, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code.
• Knowledge of event-driven architectures and Kafka is a plus.
• Experience applying AI tools to improve speed and quality; leadership and mentorship abilities.
