📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of engineers with strong engineering practices and continuous
• Collaborate with Product, Frontend, DevOps to define scalable backend solutions.
• Architect, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using TypeScript and Node.js.
• Design systems for high availability, performance, security, and zero-downtime deployment.
• Own backend direction and roadmap, balancing delivery with maintainability.
• Improve reliability via testing, monitoring, observability, and performance optimization.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years backend experience, including 4+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong TypeScript, Node.js, and frameworks like NestJS or Express.js.
• Experience designing scalable APIs and distributed systems.
• Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases, data modeling, and query optimization.
• Experience with AWS, containers, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code.
• Understanding of event-driven architectures; Kafka a plus. AI tooling in development a plus.
