Technical Leader (Fullstack Backend focused)

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of engineers
• Partner with Product, Frontend, DevOps to deliver scalable tech solutions
• Architect and maintain backend services/APIs with TypeScript/Node.js
• Design systems for HA, performance, security, and zero-downtime
• Own backend direction, roadmap, and long-term maintainability
• Improve reliability via testing, monitoring, observability, and performance

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years backend experience, 4+ years leadership
• TypeScript, Node.js, NestJS/Express.js
• Designing scalable APIs and distributed systems
• Relational and non-relational DBs, data modeling
• Cloud/AWS, containers, CI/CD, IaC
• Event-driven/Kafka a plus
