Technical Manager - Radiocarbon Dating and Stable Isotopes

📋 Description

• Serve as subject matter expert in geochemistry and analytical techniques
• Lead operations and service delivery in radiocarbon and isotopic analyses
• Oversee development and validation of GC methods and isotope techniques
• Collaborate with product development to launch new services
• Ensure data quality, ISO/IEC 17025 compliance, and high throughput
• Mentor staff and support production during peak periods

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Geochemistry or Chemistry
• 8–12+ years in analytical laboratories
• Strong GC instrumentation experience (GC-FID, GC-MS)
• Experience transferring methods from R&D to production
• Isotope techniques experience is a plus
• Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 environments
