Technical Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Act as main liaison for partners during technical integration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues encountered by partners.
• Explain integration requirements and workflows to stakeholders.
• Monitor integration progress and address blockers to avoid delays.
• Bridge communication between external partners and internal teams.
• Translate technical concerns into actionable items for developers.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with at least one backend language (Java, Python, Node.js).
• Basic understanding of APIs, system integrations, RESTful services.
• Experience with debugging, troubleshooting, and log analysis.
• Familiarity with SQL and basic database concepts.
