Technical Product & Application Expert

📋 Description

• Primary technical liaison between Gnosis by Lesaffre and customers/partners in APAC and Greater
• Bridge scientific expertise with practical application to enhance customer experience and product
• Travel 30–50% within APAC and China for collaboration and on-site support.
• Coordinate with CMOs/CDMOs and transfer knowledge to labs and customer sites.
• Support manufacturing partners with training, troubleshooting, and alignment of requirements with
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless product development and launches.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree (MS or PhD preferred) in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Technology, Biotechnology, or
• 10+ years in nutraceutical/dietary supplement/pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven formulation development for tablets, capsules, gummies, liquids.
• Experience managing relationships with contract manufacturers and labs; scale-up success.
• Deep knowledge of ingredient functionality, GMP, quality systems, analytical testing.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin (spoken).
