Technical Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own a complete product vertical end-to-end: strategy, roadmap, backlog, and delivery.
• Define acceptance criteria, requirements, and success metrics for engineering teams.
• Partner with engineering to shape designs: architecture, APIs, data handling, security.
• Make trade-offs between speed, cost, UX, complexity, and reliability.
• Design solutions for complex financial workflows: accuracy, reconciliation, retries.
• Incorporate regulatory and compliance requirements into product decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience managing complex technical products from strategy through delivery.
• Strong product leadership to decide in ambiguous environments while balancing constraints.
• Solid understanding of system design: architecture, databases, APIs, queues, and workflows.
• Ability to review and challenge technical designs, and collaborate effectively with senior engineers.
• Experience in regulated/high-impact industries (payments, banking, financial services).
• Strong understanding of financial systems: accuracy, reliability, compliance, and user trust.
