Technical Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own the ControlUp for VDI roadmap end to end within ControlUp ONE
• Engage with customers/community; run discovery with VDI/EUC admins
• Define how AI shows up in VDI; collaborate with Pulse AI for anomaly detection
• Own ecosystem: track API/platform changes across Citrix, Omnissa Horizon, AVD, Parallels
• Lead competitive/market analysis in DEX, VDI monitoring, endpoint management
• Write clear, testable requirements and stay close to Dev/QA through cycle

🎯 Requirements

• Proven product management experience in IT infra or endpoint management
• Hands-on familiarity with VDI/DaaS and EUC tools (Citrix, Omnissa Horizon, AVD)
• Strong technical background: APIs, agents, telemetry, system architecture
• Go-to-market strategy development/execution experience
• Partner effectively with Dev, QA, Sales, and Sales Engineering
• Data-driven decision making with strong communication skills
