Technical Product Manager, AI Platform

📋 Description

• Own the roadmap for Sitecore's MCP layer: the unified gateway and the MCP servers that expose
• Drive the context layer: graph-powered services that ground AI in each customer's content, brand
• Define and scale headless AI services (the LLM proxy, agent-facing APIs, shared inference and
• Design and implement evaluation frameworks that measure the quality, reliability, and cost of AI
• Champion observability, performance, and multi-tenant scalability as first-class product
• Drive early adoption with internal product teams, customers, and partners, using their feedback

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in platform or API product management, ideally with AI platforms, data systems
• Strong technical understanding of APIs, knowledge graphs, MCP or comparable tool-use protocols, and
• Ability to design and apply evaluation and performance frameworks for complex, probabilistic systems
• Skilled in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration across engineering, data, and
• Analytical mindset with experience using data and telemetry to guide decisions
• Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts into clear business values
