• Own roadmap for Heidi’s integrations surface and connectors.
• Decide which integrations to build, deepen, or deprecate.
• Serve as central integration layer across product lines.
• Own the Integration Marketplace across Scribe, Comms and Evidence.
• Drive migration to the new integration framework for shared infra.
• Translate EMR realities into precise product specs.

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS in a technical or analytical field.
• 4+ years in product, integrations or technical roles.
• Fluency with SMART on FHIR, HL7 v2, FHIR, OAuth.
• Experience shipping platform/framework products.
• Comfort with build-vs-configure trade-offs daily.
• Ability to hold a coherent roadmap under regional pressure.
• Fluency with core AI/LLM concepts and tools.
• Strong opinions, weakly held.
