Technical Product Manager, Infrastructure and Dev Ops

📋 Description

• Own the roadmap for infrastructure and DevOps priorities — including CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with backend teams (Ruby and Java) to identify infrastructure gaps affecting delivery
• Prioritize infrastructure work to support application teams building trading platforms, account
• Define healthy infrastructure metrics (deployment frequency, incident MTTR, infra cost) to guide
• Improve build/test/deploy workflows so engineers ship changes quickly and safely.
• Lead build-vs-buy evaluations for tooling (containerization, observability, config management) with

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in product management with infra, DevOps, platform, or developer-productivity focus.
• Technical depth: CI/CD, AWS cloud, infrastructure-as-code, distributed systems.
• Track record shipping infra/platform improvements with measurable impact on reliability, cost, or
• Experience partnering with engineering, security, and compliance in regulated environments
• Strong prioritization and stakeholder management across engineering and leadership.
• Excellent communication of strategy and tradeoffs.
