🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Scala development is required.
• Five+ years in technical product management or similar role.
• Hands-on with the product; not just reports and meetings.
• Experience with AI coding tools and agents.
• Define roadmaps with problem statements, success criteria, and trade-offs.
• Strong English communication for technical peers and exec audiences.
