🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of experience managing technical products or IT programs
• Experience leading infrastructure, IT operations, cybersecurity, cloud migration, identity
• Strong understanding of enterprise tech environments including Linux/Windows, Oracle databases
• Proven success balancing multiple projects with competing priorities, schedules, and budgets.
• Experience developing roadmaps and prioritizing portfolios based on value, complexity, risk, and
