Technical Product Manager (TPM)

📋 Description

• Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for Web3 platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Asia to deliver quality products.
• Manage end-to-end product development from ideation to launch.
• Translate complex tech into clear product requirements for Web3.
• Prioritize initiatives with CEO; align product with mission and portfolio growth.
• Establish and track KPIs to measure product success.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in product management (technical/Web3).
• Strong Web3 knowledge: Ethereum, Solana; APIs & cloud infra.
• PM experience leading cross-functional projects with distributed teams.
• Strategic thinking to align initiatives with business goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to non-tech stakeholders.
• English required; Mandarin/Japanese/Korean a plus; Asia-Pacific preferred; remote ok.
