📋 Description

• Own the engineering roadmap and align with company objectives.
• Manage priority triage across customers, sales, marketing, and leadership.
• Identify bottlenecks and patch gaps, sometimes with ad-hoc coding.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts across engineering roles.
• Maintain tooling hygiene for project mgmt and issue tracking.
• Own compliance burndown in coordination with infra/engineering.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in program/project mgmt across multiple engineering workstreams.
• Comfort reading codebases; read PRs and diagrams; can hack with LLMs.
• Strong written communication and async-first work style.
• Know the difference between roadmap and time-scoped plan.
• Trust engineers but keep them accountable without blocking.
• If small blocker, you fix it yourself.
