Technical Program Manager

📋 Description

• Lead architecture, design, implementation and deployment of large-scale financial apps end-to-end.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, design, and other teams to define scope and deliverables.
• Maintain clear communication channels; provide updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Identify and manage cross-team dependencies and ensure coordination.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks; develop contingency plans and escalate issues as needed.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation using AI and data-driven approaches.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in technical program/project management within software.
• Strong communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• SDLC knowledge with agile (Kanban) and modern architectures (microservices, cloud-native).
• Analytical, problem-solving, results-oriented with leadership without direct authority.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Git.
