📋 Description

• Own end-to-end planning and execution of multi-team programs from kickoff to launch
• Partner with engineering leads to define scope, milestones, and success criteria
• Identify, track, and drive resolution of cross-team dependencies and risks
• Build program plans, timelines, and status reports for stakeholders
• Facilitate program rituals (planning, syncs, retros) with minimal overhead
• Translate ambiguous technical problems into actionable execution plans

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in technical program management or related role
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent cross-functional programs
• Strong technical fluency — read architecture diagrams and discuss system dependencies
• Experience with software development lifecycle and Agile/Scrum
• Excellent written and verbal communication; experience presenting to senior leadership
• Proven track record of delivering programs on time in fast-changing environments
