Technical Program Manager

📋 Description

• Lead, manage, and deliver complex engineering and technical initiatives for commercial and defense
• Guide cross-functional engineering teams, manage technical risks, translate mission requirements
• Coordinate software, cloud, and security efforts to meet objectives and ensure security best
• Stay current on defense frameworks and industry trends in the Public Sector space

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field
• 3 years PM/PMO experience at Senior Associate level; 8 years at Principal level or higher
• 3 years leading technical engineering teams; 5 years at Principal level or higher
• Strong understanding of SDLC, systems engineering, and modern tech paradigms
• Experience leading technical teams, task delegation, deliverable reviews, and coaching
• Experience managing program budgets, resources, and risk across technical portfolios
