Technical Program Manager

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple programs across product/engineering
• Coordinate cross-functional teams incl. Engineering, Product, Compliance, Risk
• Facilitate technical and business discussions for informed decisions
• Establish governance, status reporting, and exec communications
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics
• Support dev and release cycles, change mgmt, and comms

🎯 Requirements

• 4–7 years in Technical Program/Project Mgmt
• 2+ years fintech initiatives: banking, payments, trading
• SDLC & Agile expertise
• Experience with large-scale projects, APIs, cloud platforms
• Knowledge of KYC/AML and regulatory concepts
• Strong communication with technical/non-technical stakeholders
