Coordinate actuator development across motors, gears, sensing, electronics, and firmware
Lead validation planning from prototypes to production readiness
Manage tradeoffs across cost, quality, performance, and schedule
Ensure manufacturing readiness and design release processes are in place

🎯 Requirements

Led complex electromechanical hardware programs from development through manufacturing
Ability to reason about actuator architecture and system integration (PCBAs, connectors, cables)
Experience across ME, EE, firmware, harnesses, controls, test, reliability, manufacturing, and
Understanding of prototypes, long-lead parts, suppliers, testing, and ramp to production
