Technical Program Manager - AI, IT and Information Security

📋 Description

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of AI, IT, and security programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, IT, security, and business.
• Establish charters, roles, communication plans, and success metrics.
• Track risks, dependencies, milestones, and issues with leadership visibility.
• Roll out security initiatives and tech transformations via change management.
• Provide regular status updates and decision-making support.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in technical program or project management, incl. cybersecurity or info security delivery.
• Experience coordinating multi-team cross-functional programs.
• Knowledge of GRC, App Security, Vulnerability Management, Incident Response, DevSecOps, Cloud/Sec
• Governance, RAID, executive reporting, stakeholder communication skills.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Notion, or similar.
• Experience using AI-powered productivity tools (Copilot, Claude, Notion AI, etc.).
