Technical Program Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end planning and execution of a portfolio of robotics projects
• Coordinate cross-functional hardware and software development across multiple sites
• Drive scope, schedule, cost, and process in hardware-focused programs
• Collaborate with Systems, Safety, Mechanical, Electrical, Firmware, Software, AI/ML, Regulatory
• Track progress, anticipate risks, and remove blockers to ensure delivery
• Communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders across time zones

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of post-graduate experience in project/program management for hardware NPI
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in a technical field relevant to robotics/engineering
• Technical background in complex systems integrating hardware, firmware, and software
• Strong understanding of mechanical/hardware development for scalable manufacturing
• Experience in cross-functional engineering environments and multiple PM methodologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to lead through influence
