📋 Description

• Drive execution at pace; unblock teams so they can focus on building.
• Bridge gaps and silos; align multiple solutions and manage dependencies.

• Manage technical debt and modernization of the Data Tech Stack.
• Establish standard program artifacts: RAID logs, dashboards, roadmaps.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years leading complex, high-stakes technical programs or migrations.
• Data fluency: Data Mesh, Data Contracts, lineage, metadata cataloging.
• Change mgmt & communication: align teams to adopt data-as-a-product mindset.
• Systems thinker: synthesize dependencies across products into one roadmap.
• Metrics-driven operator: telemetry, RAID logs, dashboards to monitor velocity.
