📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of cross-functional programs
• Coordinate hardware, firmware, autonomy, and cloud infra efforts
• Ensure safety, performance, and reliability across deployments
• Collaborate with engineering, field ops, OEMs, and vendors
• Translate ambiguous problems into actionable requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/EE/Robotics or equivalent
• 7+ years in technical program management or relevant roles
• Experience with hardware, robotics, or mission-critical software
• Ability to manage ambiguity and deliver across teams
• Strong judgment and risk management skills
• Hands-on with engineering processes, sprints, QA, deployment readiness
