🎯 Requirements

5+ years in technical program management or finance tech
Finance operations fluency: quote-to-cash, record-to-report
ITGC, SOX experience with controls and audits
AI-native mindset; able to draft requirements and status packs
Proven ability to deliver tech programs end-to-end
Data lifecycle understanding and change management
