Technical Program Manager, Hardware Systems

📋 Description

• Own the hardware systems program from concept to production ramp across boards, chassis, racks, and
• Coordinate ODMs, contract manufacturers, and component vendors; align silicon, firmware
• Establish program cadence, reviews, and NPI processes for a small, autonomous hardware team.
• Oversee bring-up and validation for new platforms, including lab logistics

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in hardware systems / NPI program management for compute, networking, storage, or
• Direct ownership of at least one platform from concept through volume production (EVT/DVT/PVT) and
• Strong technical fluency across power delivery, thermal, mechanical, high-speed interconnect, board
• Experience managing ODMs/CMs and component vendors, including SOW negotiation, build tracking
• Proven ability to stand up program mechanisms in new/early hardware efforts and communicate with
• BS/MS in EE/CE/ME or related field, or equivalent experience.
