Technical Program Manager (Homeland Layered Defense), Public Sector

📋 Description

• Own technical execution for national security missions from requirements to deployment
• Translate workflows into PRDs/ERDs and actionable work
• Collaborate with engineers on scope, architecture constraints, dependencies, milestones
• Maintain end-to-end requirements traceability to software builds and tests
• Drive Jira/GitLab execution and program-level planning
• Communicate progress, risks, and decisions to engineers and stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance
• 5+ years in technical program management or related tech delivery roles
• Strong literacy in software architecture, APIs, data systems, AI/ML-enabled products
• Ability to write detailed technical/product requirements for engineers
• Experience leading complex programs across multiple teams
• Understanding of requirements traceability, dependencies, risks, schedules

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary range for full-time in DC: $166,400 – $249,000 USD
