Technical Program Manager, Infrastructure Delivery Operations

📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional execution for Industrial Compute infrastructure delivery programs from
• Build and maintain integrated program plans spanning engineering, construction, hardware
• Identify schedule risks, dependency conflicts, and execution bottlenecks before they impact
• Develop executive-level reporting mechanisms that communicate program health, milestones, risks
• Coordinate across Hardware Engineering, Network Engineering, Hardware Operations, Capacity
• Drive operational readiness reviews before infrastructure enters production.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years leading complex technical programs or infrastructure delivery initiatives.
• Experience managing large cross-functional programs involving multiple engineering organizations.
• Strong understanding of program management methodologies, dependency management, and risk
• Experience working with executive stakeholders and communicating program status at multiple
• Proven ability to drive execution across organizations without direct reporting authority.
• Experience developing dashboards, KPIs, executive reviews, and operational mechanisms.
