• Support program planning and execution using PM best practices; manage risks and dependencies.
• Support portfolio management from requests through discovery to delivery.
• Ensure cross-functional alignment on goals, scope, timelines, decisions, outcomes.
• Contribute to technical requirements and design discussions with teams.
• Foster transparency, lean value delivery, and collaboration across teams.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and participate in cross-functional improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of Program, Portfolio and Process Management experience.
• Combination of technical background and developing leadership skills.
• Experience with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with high-uncertainty environments; synthesize data into roadmaps.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
