Technical Program Manager, Platform Services

📋 Description

• Lead complex, high-impact programs across Motive’s platform foundations.
• Partner with VP Platform Services and Engineering Managers to deliver roadmaps with outcomes.
• Drive cross-functional execution, dependencies, risks, and adoption of platform initiatives.
• Act as a cross-functional orchestrator, enabling platform adoption and architectural shifts.
• Collaborate with product leadership to map roadmaps into multi-team programs.
• Develop dynamic tracking with early risk flags and clear accountability.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in technical or engineering program management.
• Proven ability to lead multi-team programs with dependencies and measurable impact.
• Strong technical fluency for architecture trade-offs and delivery planning.
• Experience structuring programs and improving governance across teams.
• Executive communication and data-driven governance skills.
• Bachelor’s in Engineering/CS or equivalent experience.
