Technical Program Manager, RL Research

📋 Description

• Own systems and programs that determine the speed of RL research
• Provide trustworthy read on RL research state and prioritize production RL runs
• Debug data pipelines and read RL transcripts to spot issues
• Coordinate across research, infrastructure, and data operations to preserve velocity
• Lead reviews end-to-end, set agenda, and ensure context is ready for decisions
• Establish processes to bring structure to unstructured research settings

🎯 Requirements

• ML engineering or ML research background
• Hands-on experience with ML training pipelines, RLHF systems, and large-scale data infrastructure
• Track record of building execution plans and high-leverage processes
• Fast learner with ability to understand new technical domains
• Resourceful, high-agency, and capable of navigating ambiguity
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
