Technical Program Manager, Security Vulnerability Management

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end Security Vulnerability Program across cloud, apps, and runtime.
• Coordinate vulnerability lifecycle across CSPM, OS/Runtime, SAST, and SCA.
• Partner with Engineering to set remediation priorities by risk and impact.
• Track remediation SLAs and provide executive vulnerability reporting.
• Manage Bug Bounty program from intake to remediation.
• Lead third-party penetration testing engagements and vendor mgmt.
• Represent Security on customer calls about posture and procedures.
• Lead cross-functional security programs with Product, Eng, Privacy, Legal, and Security.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as Technical Program Manager in cybersecurity (SaaS)
• Strong cross-functional security program leadership
• Proficient with CSPM, SAST, SCA and vulnerability remediation
• Experience with Bug Bounty programs and third-party testing
• Able to translate security findings into engineering work
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
